"My Hubby Died Just 8 Months After Our Wedding, It's Been Hard For me to Move on" Lady Narrates

 A lady by the name Victoria Mite from Kericho has painfully narrated how she lost her husband eight months after their wedding and since then it has been hard for her to move on with her life.




Victoria got married when she was only 22 while her husband was only 26. She claims while her husband proposed to her, she was still in school and her parents were okey with their marriage as long as she continued schooling.

On this particular day when her husband died, he left home to visit a friend but he never returned home and this made Victoria to get worried.

Victoria got worried and called his friends and that's when she was informed that he was in hospital fighting for his life after being involved in an accident.

Victoria and her brother inlaw rushed to the hospital immediately and due to covid-19 rules they were asked to go back home and check on her husband the next day.

She says that she had a bad feeling about everything and decided to call the hospital. She was asked to go to the hospital immediately but on arriving it was already too late because her husband was no more.

This was the darkest moment for Victoria because they were a newly married couple. Through counseling she managed to coup up with the situation although she claims it not easy for her to move on.

Victoria is still trying to accept the death of her husband although sometimes when she is lonely, she gets to remember everything that happened.
