"My Dad Begged For Mercy Before My Mum And I Killed Him" 34 Year Old Convict Narrates His Sad Story

 A sad interview on Inooro TV, Njira-ini Ciitu program reveals details of Geoffrey Macharia Kamau, a Naivasha Maximum Prison convict, has really touched the hearts of many Kenyans.

According to the interview, Macharia from Mbaruk, Nakuru County narrates how he made his journey from Eldoret to Nakuru after hearing that their is a conflict between his mother and father.



After arrival to his parents house, they held a meeting in his presence, each one of them presenting their case to him. Apparently, his father had alleged that he has found another woman who he was willing to bring in as his second wife. But Macharia's mother was not supportive of this.

It is during the meeting that the unthinkable happened. Him being the youngest, he told them that he was unable to resolve their case. But after a few moments later, they seemed to be in agreement with each other.


All of a sudden, his father said something that made him mad. Things got ugly, as Macharia says that he didn't know how he woke up from his sit and started hitting his father mercilessly. His mother intervened and tried to defend him, something that turned up to be a big mistake.

Upon seeing his father beating his mother, he got confused on whether to scream for help or what he should do. It is then that he saw a metal, picked it and hit his father. He and his mother then rained on him until he passed on.


He reveals that his father begged for mercy before he killed him saying, "I have accepted my mistake, just jail me but please don't kill me." But he could here anything he said since he alleges to have used drugs which turned him into a monster.


It is then that he was arrested, and jailed for life since 2009 at the age of only 22 years old. "I have no release day, only waiting upon my Lord to save me," Macharia says
